A new ARR&D project was opened on June 29th 2017, in Ibiza, Spain.
Designed by Ribas&Ribas Architects Studio in Barcelona, the Sir Joan includes guest rooms, suites, penthouses, a lounge bar, an outdoor pool and cabanas. The public space is home to two restaurants: the iconic IZAKAYA Asian Kitchen & Bar and The Butcher, high-end burger bar and award-winning Restaurant.
The maritime-inspired interiors are designed by award-winning architects and interior designers Baranowitz + Kronenberg.

ARR&D Interiors was in charge of the procurement process for interior works as a whole. Translating the architectural project into a reality, ARR&D Interiors followed all Fit-Out working process of the various areas: Rooms, Lobby, Restaurants, Bar and Outdoor.
The interior procurement were assigned to renowned Italian companies such as B&B Italia, Minotti, Poltrona Frau, Paolo Castelli, Poliform, Living Divani and others, creating an extraordinary example of contemporary design.
