Lutetia Hotel re-opened its fabled doors in the Spring of 2018, beginning a new chapter in the storied life of this iconic Parisian hotel. Originally opened in 1910 Lutetia was designed as a luxurious hostelry where art, philosophy, science and politics were continually created. Acquired by The Set, known for their sensitive and transformative restoration of historical properties, the hotel was closed four years ago for an ambitious period of restoration and refurbishment.
ARR&D Interiors is in charge of the procurement process for interior works as a whole. Translating the architectural project of Wilmotte Architects into a reality, ARR&D Interiors followed all Fit-Out working process of the various areas: 184 Rooms, 6 Presidential suites and penthouse, lobby, internal courtyard, the famed Salon St. Germain, Cigar Bar, Jazz Bar, Salon President Ballroom, Lutetia Brasserie, and the Akasha Holistic Wellbeing Centre.
The interior procurement were assigned to renowned international companies such as Lema, Poliform, Poltrona Frau, Paolo Castelli, Living Divani and others, creating a unique example of Art Deco and Art Nouveau design transformed for the 21st Century.
