ARR&D Interiors is proud to announce that is working on a new refurbishment project thanks to which the former Excelsior Hotel in Berlin will become a new hotel of the SIR chain. Located in the western district of Charlottenburg, known for its refined atmosphere, elegant pre-war buildings and exclusive boutiques, the hotel counts eight upper floors. ARR&D Interiors is involved as Procurement Company to realize 304 hotel rooms (standard and suites), lobby and commons space as conference rooms, restaurant, bar with lounge, office spaces for the administrative staff, spa area and a gym. The planning includes also a new hotel entrance and a requalification of the restaurant terrace.
