Fit-out works & Procurement

CONSERVATORIUM

Amsterdam

The CONSERVATORIUM is a Neo-Gothic palace, built at the end of the 19th Century and located in the centre of the city of Amsterdam.

Thanks to the signature of the internationally famous Italian architect Piero Lissoni, it has recently been transformed into one of the top luxury and lifestyle hotels in the city. Today it is considered an architectural masterpiece, combining a landmark heritage building and an elegant contemporary design. A destination hotel with a real sense of place, the Conservatorium is indeed known, at home and abroad, as “Amsterdam’s Living Room”.

ARR&D Interiors was in charge of the procurement process for interior works as a whole. Translating the architectural project into a reality, ARR&D Interiors followed all fit-out working process of the various areas: rooms, lobby, restaurants, bars, SPA, meeting and events areas. In the second phase, ARR&D Interiors provided services for FF&E, OS&E and artwork, sourcing out and searching for final products.
